Cada persona, cada cosa, est\u00e1 presente como un regalo para el otro. Si los \u00e1rboles de pino brillan bajo el sol \u2013 es un regalo! Si los arroyos fluyen en relucientes ca\u00eddas \u2013 es un regalo! Si un beb\u00e9 gatea sobre el piso \u2013 \u00a1es un regalo! Cuando empezamos a ver que todo lo que nos rodea tiene algo de valor para ofrecernos, un sentimiento de aprecio y gratitud crece dentro de nosotros. A partir de ah\u00ed, viene una profunda reverencia y respeto por todo lo que existe y el deseo de preservarlo y protegerlo para las generaciones futuras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo eres tu un regalo para los dem\u00e1s a tu alrededor y para el medio ambiente? \u00bfPuedes descubrir regalos que hasta ahora no hab\u00edas percibido?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Agradece por todo lo que tenes<\/span>: el agua que podes tomar cada d\u00eda, los alimentos, los medicamentos que tenes a disposici\u00f3n. Agradecele a la naturaleza por darnos todas estas cosas. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
